These terms cover your use of this website and the phone calls you make to Alfonso's Remodeling & General Contracting. By using the site or calling us, you agree to them.

Using this website
The information on this site, including the guides and published cost ranges, is general information about roofing in Los Angeles. It is not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your specific roof, and it may change without notice.
Estimates, scopes and scheduling
Prices for roofing work are set only in a written scope after we have seen the roof. Published ranges on this site come from outside sources and are shown for planning. Schedules depend on weather, materials, permits and inspections, and we will tell you when a date changes.
Telephone contact and consent
When you call us, you agree that we may call or text you back at the number you called from, or at a number you give us, about your request and the job that follows. We will not send marketing messages unless you ask for them. Standard carrier rates may apply to texts.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping where applicable law allows, and you will be told at the start of a call when that happens. If you do not want a call recorded, say so and we will continue without recording or arrange another way to help.
Call transfer and forwarding
Alfonso's Remodeling & General Contracting performs its own roofing work. At times of peak demand, overnight emergencies, storm weeks or when our crews are fully booked, a call to our number may be transferred or forwarded to another independent local roofing provider so that you can still get help quickly.
When that happens, that provider is a separate business. It sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and it is responsible for the work it performs. Please confirm licensing, insurance and the terms of any agreement directly with whoever performs the work before it starts.
Permits and codes
Where a job requires a permit, it is pulled before work begins and the work is built to the code that applies at the property. Some requirements, such as fire and cool-roof ratings, depend on the address and the size of the job.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from the general information on this website without an on-site assessment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Governing law and changes
