This policy explains what information Alfonso's Remodeling & General Contracting collects when you call us or use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you call, we collect what you tell us so we can help: your name, phone number, the property address, and details about the roof and the problem. We may also note photos you send us from the property.
This website does not use contact forms and does not run advertising or analytics tracking. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your call, schedule and carry out the work, send you scopes and photos, follow up on the job, and keep the records the law requires for building permits and our business. We do not use it to send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
When information is shared
We share information only as needed to do the work you asked for: with suppliers for a delivery address, with the building department for a permit, and with our phone and hosting providers who process it on our behalf.
If your call is forwarded to another local roofing provider because we are unavailable, the details you give on that call go to that provider so they can help you. That provider handles your information under its own policies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and third-party content
This site does not set advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, and the office map loads from Google Maps only when you choose to open it. Those services may receive your IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including scopes, photos and permit information, for as long as we need them for warranties, building records, tax and legal purposes, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask how it has been used or shared. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children
This website and our services are meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
